Questions people actually ask

Does anyone need to download an app?

No. NFC reading is built into modern phones. Your customer holds their phone near the card and the review page opens in their normal browser. You don't install anything either.

Which phones work?

iPhone XR and newer read NFC tags automatically with the screen on and unlocked — no setup. Most Android phones from roughly 2015 onward read them too, as long as NFC is switched on in settings. I test every card on both an iPhone and an Android before delivery.

What if a customer's phone can't tap?

It's rare, but it happens — an older phone, or NFC turned off. Ask for a card with a printed QR code as well and the same link is one camera-point away. Just mention it when you order and I'll set it up.

Is there a subscription or per-review fee?

No. $39.99 once. No renewal, no contract, no per-scan or per-review charge. The card is yours and the taps are unlimited.

Can I put my own logo or business name on it?

Cards ship in the standard Google review design shown on this page. If you want custom printing with your logo or business name, text me — I'll quote it based on the artwork and quantity.

How long does setup take?

Minutes on my end. Once I have your Google review link the card is usually programmed, tested, and ready the same day. Delivery in Fargo–Moorhead is typically within a day or two of ordering.

Where can I stick it?

Any clean, flat, non-metal surface: the counter by the register, the front door or window, a menu holder, the side of a POS terminal. Metal can interfere with the signal, so if the only spot you have is metal, use the acrylic stand instead.

Can I move the card after I stick it down?

The 3M adhesive is meant to stay put, so moving it may lift the backing. If you expect to move it around — or you want to try a few spots first — leave the liner on and use the $20 acrylic stand.

Does it work for platforms other than Google?

Yes. The card holds a link, so it can point at Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, a booking page, your menu, or your website. The printed face is the Google review design, so pick something that matches what the card says — or ask about custom printing.
